About Jeff Weber

ACN Senior Vice President and Circle of Champions Member

Calling Jeff Weber a "rebellious youth" would probably be an understatement. The oldest son of eight children, Jeff was held to the highest standard by his father, who expected him to serve as an example for his younger siblings. But serving as a role model for his family proved difficult for Jeff. He dropped out of college, bounced from job to job and simply couldn't live up to the expectations that had been set for him. But then the real estate market in his home state of California crashed - leaving both his parents, who were real estate agents, in a desperate financial situation. Jeff felt compelled to give something back to his parents, perhaps to make up for the past, perhaps to prove that he deserved their affection and admiration. This motivation propelled him to work three jobs - clocking in over 80 hours per week - with a plan to squeeze in another part-time job that would put his workload above 100 hours.

Despite Jeff's lack of experience and abundance of skepticism, personal hindrances and hesitations, he took the business by storm. Within six months, Jeff had left all four jobs behind, earned the position of team coordinator and had broken into the top 10 ranks as one of ACN's top producing representatives.

After being promoted to the RVP position, Jeff was continually recognized as a top producer within the company. He was quickly given a position within the "Circle of Champions" a group reserved for not just the highest money earners in the company but those that lead their group with integrity , honesty and those that continue to lead by example by working in the field day in and day out.

In 2005 one of Jeff's biggest dreams was realized when he was able to purchase a million dollar home for his parents and younger siblings still living at home. By relieving his family of the burden of a house payment, his parents have been able to focus more time on raising their family. The Weber's now have many fun gatherings at their parents beautiful home.

Now at age 37 Jeff has attained the coveted level of Senior Vice President, a position with a six-figure monthly income. Jeff knows that the income he now receives will allow him to help so many more people than ever before. While most people would consider that income plenty for an early retirement, Jeff is still leading by example, working his business and actively searching for the next wave of leadership that will take the company to new heights!
